Design Approval
Hi Martha,
I'm so excited you like the design and are ready to give approval. It has been so great working with you on this project and we are excited to be moving onto the next phase of the process soon.
In this email, I have attached the website screenshots. If you could review these items and you are ready to give the official approval, please click the "Yes" button on this email.
Please keep in mind that any design changes or development/functionality changes after official approval may affect the quoted cost.
Once you approve this email, our content team will be contacting you in the next few weeks to start working on the website migration and the overall organization of the website.

Hello Danae,
I received your email requesting approval for the design of the website, but based in your prior conversation I thought it was approval for just the fonts and colors for the site. The overall design still has some work to be done and I’m not sure if this is your area, but I don’t want to give approval if there are still things being worked on. If you would like to reword your approval form to indicate the fonts and colors, I’ll be happy to approve that so you can move forward to the next phase, which I would love to know what the next phase will be.
Other items that we had requested were to have all Mass times listed on the Mass times area, there should be a Google translate option for the site, the Google calendar, bulletin along with all our social media should be in the footer, and there should also be alert message pop-ups feature.

Yes, this email is for colors and fonts. But thank you for bringing to my attention the other needs for the website. Here is a breakdown of all the items you listed:
Mass Times- you can edit that directly on the backend. Where it says "Welcome", it'll be the mass times area. Would you like to keep the blue bar on top of the image or should we delete it?
Our developer is currently adding the Google translate option. I saw that we just want English and Spanish, is that correct?
Did you want the Google Calendar shown on the homepage?
Bulletins- do you want a quick link to your bulletins page? That will be easily done during content.

I’m so sorry I had not gotten back to you. I was out sick last week, and I’m seeing your emails now, I truly apologize.
As for the bulletin a button on the homepage would be fine, but for the Google calendar we do want a visual display, which I’m assuming it means you can see the actual calendar and scroll through it from the homepage. That’s is what we currently have on our website and it works very well.

In the previous emails, it stated you are good with the colors and fonts used on the website correct? Do we like the calendar design? And the bulletin as a button?
