Good afternoon Madeline,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation. Initially, we had quoted a price of $7420 (106 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 33 hours budgeted/29.3 hours used
  • Build: 50 hours budgeted/69.2 hours used
  • Content Migration: 23 hours budgeted/12.1 hours used
This brings our current cost to $7742. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $5000.

Good morning Madeline, 


The developer is fixing up the last of the usability testing updates, but the content is ready to go! We will be sending you the link to the development site by Monday with your first training session beginning as soon as Tuesday. 

We will send more details with the link to the development site, but for planning purposes, the first training session is typically 1.5-2 hours long and is done remotely. 

As for the launch, we recommend a minimum of 2 weeks after the first training session. 

If you have a date in mind for the first training session, please let us know and I will schedule it now.

Thursday, the 27th would work anytime between 10AM and 4PM, meaning starting the training as early as 10AM and ending the training at or before 4PM. I am also pretty open the week of the 15th of September same times except for Friday which would be 10AM and 2:30PM.
