Weekly Update
Good morning Madeline,
Another week of progress has been made in the website creation. Initially, we had quoted a price of $7420 (106 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
- Design: 33 hours budgeted/27.9 hours used
- Build: 50 hours budgeted/.7 hours used
- Content Migration: 23 hours budgeted/0 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $2002.

I apologize for any confusion.
These weekly updates are to let you know how we are progressing in the process. Just like the original proposal, the weekly update is broken down into design, build, and content migration. We then include how many hours we have used at the time of the email in comparison to what we budgeted on the proposal.
However, you do bring up a really great point. Since I have included all of the other details from the original proposal, the credit amount should be there too. You have a $5,000 credit that will be applied to the final bill.

We have come up with an estimated timeline for the rest of the project.
Development - To begin July 6th
Training - To begin the first week of August
Launch - About Mid August, following the 2 training sessions
Billing - After the launch of the website
Our content specialist will reach out as we approach the time your website is ready for training. You will have 2 training sessions that are about 2 hours in length.
