Good afternoon Cathy,
Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for your new website. I have attached a copy of the proposal for you to review.
During the Deep Dive, the website for Mary Queen of the Universe (https://maryqueenoftheuniverse.org/) was chosen as the foundation for your new website. When we incorporate your new logo, colors, and content the website will have a unique feel and be a showcase for St Michael.
The attached proposal breaks down the project into the stages we go through to create your new website. Each stage has the amount of time we determined we would need to complete that stage. You will also see that the logo creation is part of the design stage. I included a separate line item so you can see the scope of creating your new logo.

Hi Alan,
Thank you for the quote. Now it’s your turn to be patient. Today is Father’s day off, and I’m at my other job on Friday’s, so we won’t have a decision to you until Monday at the earliest. On the plus side, it gives our Finance Council time to look it over and give any feedback they may have.
