Website Proposal
Good afternoon Denise and Fr Gregor,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us during the Deep Dive. Also, thank you for your patience as we started a new process for our proposal process. I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.
During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the Robert Hybrid will be the foundation for your new website with a few additions. After we make these additions and then apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases St Matthew church and school.
The attached proposal highlights the additions you were wanting. These will be added to the Robert Hybrid site. After speaking with my sales team, they let me know that 25% of the website project will be covered with a new 6 year bulletin agreement. I have included this note in the proposal. Lastly, you will see a proposal for our logo and branding. If you are interested in moving forward with a new logo and branding, let me know which option you want to move forward with when you sign the proposal.
If you have any questions, or if there are any details you wish to discuss, let me know. We look forward to working with you!
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hi Denise and Fr Gregor,
Thank you very much for sending back the signed proposal. We are looking forward to working with you on this website project.
Currently, I am working to get your project set up in our queue. In the next couple of weeks, our content specialist will reach out via email to introduce himself and the content process.
After your project moves from the queue to one of our designers, they will make the additions to the Robert Hybrid and send you an approval email.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you!

HI Alan,
To clarify, we will have no discussions before your content specialist begins work. We have content that is extraneous and incorrect that should not be moved over to a new site.
Please let me know how to proceed.
thanks,
Denise

Good morning Denise,
When our content specialist reaches out, he will also provide an editable sitemap document of your current website. You will be able to indicate any content you want removed, and make note of any new content that would be coming in.
The next step in the content process is finalizing the new sitemap. My content specialist will take the information you provided and create a proposed sitemap for your approval. Once the proposed sitemap is approved, then he can begin migrating content, and receiving any new content, into the new website.
Before the launch of the website you will have two training sessions with our content specialist. You will be trained how to update, make changes, add new content, create forms, upload media (photos/videos), so that you feel comfortable with the new website.
Along the way if you have any questions, or if you want to discuss any ideas you can always reach out.
Thank you!

Thank you for clarifying! This process has been unlike any others I have been a part of and I don't want to make any assumptions.
