Good morning Denise,
Content Migration takes anywhere between a few days to a week per site depending on how much content needs to be moved. Your sites are currently 2nd in line for the queue. If you feel that your sitemaps are complete, please let Cody Armock know in the "Content Strategy and Sitemaps" email thread. If either of the sitemaps needs some more work, that needs to happen before we can start the migration process.

Hello Denise,
We are currently in the Content Migration Stage.
The parish site is almost done and we will start the school site soon! With the holidays fast approaching it is hard to say when it will be done exactly, but it should be soon! As soon as the migration process is complete, we will be sending the development link for you to look at and schedule our first training. It is likely that this will be in the next two weeks or so, but that is dependent on Holiday schedules and the like.

I moved some things around so that both our Content Migration specialists would be working on your site this week.
Within the next few days, you should receive an email from Cody Armock. This will be a long email but it will be looking to set up your first training. Please respond promptly with your availability.
It is possible to have your site launched by 1/1/22. But in order for this to happen, we will need to launch by Dec 29th due to the holidays.
