Verbal Launch Date Openness

One of the last times I spoke to Heather King on the phone, who was made the primary contact person, we spoke about the Dec. launch time. 

I know other staff have been pushing for that, but she understood that was unrealistic and stated that she was fine with pushing it back and not rushing to get it launched. She was aware that they had a lot of edits and felt bad about it, and she was pretty open to not launch then and OK with it. 

They approved the design on Nov. 7th.
