New Gmail Accounts

To: Carole Harrison and Rita Kuntzman

Good afternoon ladies,


Yesterday when we spoke , we decided that Diocesan will create the following accounts:
Note: Email passwords can be changed in your settings.
You may now log into these emails.

I have also created a calendars on Rita's account, with full editing access given to Carole.  As requested, I made the following calendars:
  • Parish Calendar
    (Events from other calendars can be copied to the Parish Calendar. To do this, simply click on the event and click "copy to my calendar" then save.)
  • Holy Trinity Catholic Church
  • St. Mary Catholic Church 
  • St. Rita Catholic Church
  • Altar Servers
  • Ministries
  • Lectors
  • Extraordinary Ministers
  • St. Mary School
  • PSR
  • RCIA
The "Parish Calendar" is the calendar we will use on the website's homepage.
If you would like, we can also link to other calendars on their respective pages. (RCIA calendar shows up on the RCIA page, etc.)
You may now begin adding reoccuring Mass times and events, if you would like.
If either of you need help with the calendar, please feel free to call or email me to set up a time to go over how to use Google Calendar.

Additionally, once this calendar is populated, it can also be linked to myParish App so parishioners can stay informed through the app as well!
