Good afternoon Char,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $5390 (77 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 25 hours budgeted/17.4 hours used
  • Build: 40 hours budgeted/17.9 hours used
  • Content Migration: 12 hours budgeted/3.1 hours used
This brings our current cost to $2688. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $6500.

Hi Alan,



I’ve been talking with Cody and he asked me questions regarding GSuite.



I vaguely remember talking to you about it and I thought I decided not to go with GSuite.



He sent me a signed quote with GSuite on it. Can you refresh my memory? I thought I chose not to go with it because we wouldn’t use have the stuff that’s included in GSuite.



Any info would be helpful.

Since we have not started the process of creating G Suite for you, we will not move forward.  Also, there have been no bills created or charges for this, since we did not go through the full process.

Down the road, if you wish to move forward with G Suite, let me know, and we can refresh the process and proceed for you.
