  • Content Migration is In Queue
    • It will begin when the website is built

The parish side is in the content queue. I moved the parish side significantly up in the queue. It will possibly be started sometime later this week. 

As for being trained, we always record the first training, and the second one is broken up into sections and we have a follow-up meeting to discuss any questions or concerns.

Is there an estimation/timeline going forward? I am concerned the next steps involving teacher/staff feedback and training is going to align with summer break. If that's the case, I'm hopeful we might have a contingency plan to have access to those key people so that when we are ready to launch, those responsible will know the processes and be ready to implement maintenance of the site.
