Design Introduction

Hello everyone,

My name is Danae Chudy and I am the web designer at Diocesan that will be working with you on your new web project. I am reaching out to let you know that we are nearly ready to begin the design process.

Over the next week or so, I will begin designing a homepage wireframe based on the notes from our initial meeting. Once I have completed this wireframe, I will reach out to you to schedule a meeting time for us to look over the design together.

Of course for the parish side, the website is already built- we will just need to apply your colors and fonts to the hybrid.

In the meantime, if you have any additional files of your logo or high-resolution images, please email those over to me for use in your designs.

I am looking forward to working with you on the project and am excited to be moving forward.

Thanks for reaching out. I have included Susan Grebner and Carrisa Schmitz in this email. They are instrumental in getting this website done. We have tackled the parish website first and are really close on the outline and content. You should be able to have this in the next couple of weeks. The school website is going to be more challenging. We are working on the outline and content now. I will forward you the logo information I have. In working with the websites we have come up with some questions. How difficult is it to add a way to take money on the website? Parents might want to buy lunches or milk tickets or take donations or sell tickets to events. We are interested in this function to go on both the school and church website. How much would it cost? Another question we have is online forms. For instance, someone needs us to contact them instead of email a box would pop up with space for their name and email address along with space to put their question. How much does something like that cost? When you are creating the site we need to make sure on the homepage is our Facebook page.
