Danae,
I received the link to what we discussed when we met, and I forwarded it to Gerard. However, I never received the approval form. Last correspondence included the link and reference to sending the approval. I do not see it in my spam folder. (I will admit that my gmail email interface and the way the basecamp correspondence populates the window is difficult to read/follow conversations. So if I missed it, I apologize.
