Thank you for your patience as we finalized the proposal for your new website.
During our Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the new website would be based on the website for Nerinx Hall. When we add your branding and content to the design you will have a website that is unique to St Mary's and showcases both the school and parish.

Attached is the proposal that includes the websites for the school and parish. Each phase (design, build, and content migration) broken down into the amount of time it will take to complete. My sales team has included a website credit that will cover the full cost of the build. I included the original total as well as the credit, so you had all of the information for your records.

I am excited to hear that you will be moving forward with the proposal. We are looking forward to bringing St Mary a new school and parish website. All I would need is for a signed copy of the proposal. You can reply to this email with the signed copy attached.
To answer your question if you will still have a parish and school website yes, your current school and parish website will remain active. We will be working with you to create a school site and a parish website that will match each other but with varying content on each website.

Also, I wanted to let you know the content portion will begin on Monday, March 9. You will receive an introductory email from a content specialist that will give you an idea of what will be happening during the content process.
