Online Directory Proposal

Thank you for your patience as I worked to finalize the proposal for the online directory. You will find the proposal attached to this email.
I spoke with my sales team and they are offering an allowance towards this project. With a new bulletin agreement, this project will be covered in full. Once this proposal is signed and returned, they will reach out regarding the bulletin portion.

Last week I sent over the proposal for an online member directory. I wanted to see if you had any questions related to the project? If everything is all set, I would just need a signed copy so I can put your project into our queue.

Hi Alan –
I need to look at the proposal again & just haven’t had time.
I think I was confused by the cost but then the offer to do it at no cost based on a new bulletin agreement? I’d have to look at the current agreement and new agreement to know what that means.
If you could provide the detail I’d appreciate it. I’ll be able to give this some time late next week. (going through budget and staff annual reviews at the moment).

Hi Alan –
No, we will not be charging for this directory. Usually the printed directories we have done in the past are paid for by portrait sales – similar to the way the bulletin ads pay for the printed bulletins.
