Domain Information
Good morning!
I noted your new site is progressing nicely! It's not too early to cover our bases and make certain we have the information needed to launch...including access to your domain account. At launch, the "host" records (which tell the world what server your site is on) will need to be updated - your new site will be on our newer server so we will need to change those host records - and either we can do it for you, or you (or your IT person) can make the change on launch day.
During your second training session, we will discuss and finalize your launch date. This information is best sent earlier in the project in order to minimize launch issues. In order to launch, we must already have one of the following:

By default, we will contact them 1 week in advance to schedule your launch date and provide them with any further instructions.

If you have internal or contracted IT services that you would like us to direct in the launch process, we ask that you please send us the following information:
- Name of IT Company (if any)
- Name of Individual
- Email of Company/Individual
- Phone Number of Company/Individual
- Account Privileges (if any)
