Hello Kendall & Laura,
I have gone through Alan's consultation notes and taken a look at your website in order to strategize your content. The links below go to the current and proposed sitemaps.
Feel free to edit the proposed sitemap as needed and let me know when you are done going through them. I will then give this sitemap to our designers so that they can use it for their design mockups. The current ones are no longer up-to-date, but they are there as a reference.

Cody- I am going over the proposed site map for our school site. You’ll see my updates in red. I have also shared with my principal so she can make suggestions. I am working on and changing the website all the time these days….. What is the turn around time for when the new page might be up? We are working on a virtual open house right now and will be drawing a lot of traffic to our site. I wouldn’t want the change to interfere. Do you send it to your designers when we are through and then we approve it before it goes Live?

Good Morning Laura,
Thank you for your edits! Yes, now that the sitemaps are completed, the designer will be reaching out to you shortly to begin the design process, once that is completed, it will then go into development, where the developer will make the site according to the design that you approve.
Once the site is nearing completion roughly 70-80% complete, we will begin the content migration process, whereby we move the content specified in the proposed sitemap from your old site to your new one.
I will talk to the project coordinator, Veronica, and see if she can send you a tentative schedule of a timeline to give you a better inclination as to when it might be completed.
As for now, I will add a note to send you an email before content migration to make sure that the sitemap is up-to-date, so I don't miss anything when I do the content migration.

Cody- my principal made more notes on the site map. We are good to go. I hope it’s ok that we are only good to move forward with the school site and not the parish site yet? Hoping to hear back from Father soon on his suggestions.

I haven’t heard anything from father and I went back to try and find his comments but had no luck. I’m hoping they can move forward with school first. I asked Cody that question.

Thank you for going through and revising the school. That is very helpful. It is not a problem that only the school is done at this point. We are a bit ahead of schedule when it comes to content strategy for this, but it is always good to bring it up and get it started early.
