Inner pages/School Info
I have some inner pages for you to check out, I will also include the homepage with some edits to it.
For the school site are we creating a separate site or will be blanket all of that under the same site as the parish (I know father wants everything to be seen as together, but you have a separate URL for the school). You can see in the site navigation i put all the current top level nav items under the school tab in preparation for the school information to be all on one site.
The final page for the ministries is similar to your current design as it would be "tabbed" so people wouldn't have to leave the page to get all the information they are looking for. We've used this design before and it goes over very well. It includes room for as much info as you would need weather you want to ad more or less and has room to add pictures to the "open" section.
