As it stands right now, we are scheduled for website training tomorrow, Feb. 6 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Also, as it stands right now, there is an icy precipitation forecast for tomorrow at about the same time. Question becomes what is our Plan B if road conditions are such that Father cannot travel to/from Oskaloosa and/or our gravel road to the church becomes dangerous to travel. Veronica – what is the latest that we can call and cancel the 3-5 tomorrow if weather becomes an issue? We should be able to make a decision by noon or so if not before. Also, if a cancellation becomes a reality, what does everyone’s schedule look like for the next few days out? Would Friday from 1:00 – 3:00 be a possibility? Otherwise, what does the week of Feb. 11-15 look like. Veronica, I guess we would need to know what you have available and then see what fits for the rest of us. Hopefully, the ice conditions can hold off or miss us completely, but we probably should be thinking about our options just in case.

Looking out at walks and street covered with sleet and knowing that this is to continue on and off through out the night. This same type of ice/snow event is to present tomorrow Wednesday beginning at noon. Which is why Jon sent out his email before noon today. Of the meeting options Elisa notes Thursday (2-14) and Friday (2-15) will work for me as well. I have Cc. Jon on this email at his home email as I believe given these adverse weather conditions. With all this said and as much as I desire for us to move this forward a expeditiously as possible I believe it would now be best for us to cancel Wednesday's (2-6) schedule and look to a time next week.
