Project Recap

I just wanted to take a moment to give you a brief recap of where we stand thus far with your site build. Initially we had quoted $4,900 (70 hrs x $70). Below is a breakdown of that quote:
  • Design: 20 hours budgeted/11 hours recorded so far.
  • Build: 35 hours budgeted/24 hours recorded so far. 
  • Content Migration: 15 hours budgeted/13 hours recorded so far. 
The current cost is $3,332. I know that there is still some more work to be done on both the build and content migration portions of the site. But things are looking good. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to myself or any member of my team.

As it stands right now, we are scheduled for website training tomorrow, Feb. 6 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Also, as it stands right now, there is an icy precipitation forecast for tomorrow at about the same time. Question becomes what is our Plan B if road conditions are such that Father cannot travel to/from Oskaloosa and/or our gravel road to the church becomes dangerous to travel. Veronica – what is the latest that we can call and cancel the 3-5 tomorrow if weather becomes an issue? We should be able to make a decision by noon or so if not before. Also, if a cancellation becomes a reality, what does everyone’s schedule look like for the next few days out? Would Friday from 1:00 – 3:00 be a possibility? Otherwise, what does the week of Feb. 11-15 look like. Veronica, I guess we would need to know what you have available and then see what fits for the rest of us. Hopefully, the ice conditions can hold off or miss us completely, but we probably should be thinking about our options just in case.
