Hello again,


I just sent an email with a quick explanation as to how Basecamp works and how to see our messages. This email is to begin going over your website's content, as we have already begun moving the bulk of it. 

I have gone through Kevin's consultation notes and taken a look at the saved archive of your website in order to strategize your content. I can honestly say that you guys have a great grip on organizing content.
I have nothing to change from the current sitemap/menu structure other than perhaps adding "Contact" as the final main menu item. Under Contact, I would add "Directions & Map", "Parish Directory" and "Send us a Message". That way, no matter what page anyone is on, they have access to these items. 

Also, I wanted to ask how many/how often you post jobs to your website. In the archived copy, you had a single job posting, but I know with other parishes, we have used a plugin (website program) that allows you to show a searchable job/volunteer listing page. I think it would be a great thing to have if you see value in it.
