Additionally, I wanted to let you know that Diocesan uses Basecamp as our project manager.  We'll be using it to manage all the work we're doing for you. This way, no emails get lost and our team can easily make to-do lists so we don't forget any important/new details!
 
From time to time we'll send you messages, questions, or project updates. You'll get everything via email. All you need to do is read them and reply to the emails as needed.
 
Your replies will go right back into Basecamp, which helps our team stay on the same page and make sure everything keeps running smoothly for you.

I have already talked to our design team and one of our designers will be reaching out to you within the next week or so to get the ball rolling on design. He has been going over St. Mary's Oskaloosa's site and tweaking it to fit for your parish. If you have any other specific ideas in mind that you did not already discuss with Kevin, please be sure to mention them in your design consultation.
