Thank you very much for your patience as we went through the project hours. When we create a proposal, we try to estimate how to build the best website in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, as we worked to give you the most polished website possible, some of the work needed to be done caused some overages.
I apologize as we became close to the overage, there wasn't a notification until afterward. We value our partnership and want to alleviate your concern. We have removed 10 hours from the build phase, and it will be capped at the 38.5 hours you see below.

- Build is 100% complete
- Content Migration is 100% complete
- Your site is going through the final polish. After your 2 trainings, we will be ready to launch!
Project Hours:
- Design: 10 hours budgeted/17 hours used
- Build: 30 hours budgeted/38.5 hours used
- Content Migration: 6 hours budgeted/7.6 hours used
This brings our current cost to $4417.
- Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $1715.
