Parish and School Website Proposal
Good morning Fr Jegar,
Thank you very much for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for the new school and parish websites. We enjoyed our conversations with you and we are very excited to work with you on bringing new websites to the school and parish.
During our Deep Dive conversation, the design for our Galesburg website was chosen to be the foundation for your new websites. You had mentioned that you didn't want a button to go over the hero image at the top, and we will certainly accommodate that request. When we make this update, and add statistics to the school side, along with incorporating your branding and content, you will have a unique website that showcases the school and parish.
The attached proposal breaks down the cost into the phases of the website project (design, build, content migration). This lets you see how I came to the final cost. My sales team also wanted to include a website project credit of 50% with the agreement of a new 6 year bulletin contract. If you have any questions about the credit and/or bulletin contract, you can definitely reach out to your sales representative.

Hey Alan,
This looks great!
We are in the process of hiring a new principal and would like him to be in on a meeting with you all in order to hear from what he may want to do with regards to layout and needs of the school. It still will be about two weeks or more before he is officially offered the position, so it may put this project on pause for a bit. However, once things are in place I would like to move forward.
