Thank you for taking the time to speak with us on Thursday.
As my team was meeting to come up with your proposal, we received some information from our sales team. I was told that the website project would receive a 50% credit if a new 6 year bulletin contract is signed.
With this new information, would the school be on board with a new website, or are we just going to focus on the parish? If the school does want to move forward, I would like to have a second conversation to finalize the plan for the school website. When would you and Laura be available for another conversation?

I think renewing a 6yr contract would be in line of what we would want to do. Before anything is official, can you give us figures for both the Parish and School website in the hypothetical that the bulletin contract was renewed?

Yes, we currently print your bulletin.
When I create the proposal, it would have the pricing for both the school and parish websites. You would see the full cost along with the website allowance, so you can see how I got to the final numbers.
If we could finalize the plan for the school website, this would give me the opportunity to create an accurate proposal.
