Hello Jeanne,
I know you did not want to look at the website until all the content was on the website, but I wanted to let you know that we are ready to train you at any time.
If you have more content, we could even add the content during our training in order to use real examples of adding content to your website.
Just keep me posted on new content and when you believe the website is complete enough to be trained on,

Sure thing, Jeanne!
The training typically takes ~2 hours and will be done remotely. When we first begin our training, I will call you and then walk you through setting up Diocesan Quick Support (TeamViewer) so that I will be able to see your screen.
That being said, if you plan on having more than 2-3 people in the training, you will need to gather them in a room and probably set up a computer to a television. Otherwise, they will need to bring their own laptops and remotely watch my screen as I train everyone.
In this training, we will cover creating/editing web pages, the menu, online forms, and your homepage items. You do not need any prior experience, but knowing what URL/links and pages are, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Word (or another similar text editor) will speed the training along.
Since this is usually information overload, we can always schedule a second training ~2-3 weeks later to go over any questions you may have come up with during your few weeks of editing the website yourself.
