Post-Launch Information

Jeanne, congratulations on launching Mary Our Queen's new website! 



Now that your website has been launched, there are a couple of things we want you to know:

Your Login URL

Now that you have launched, your domain has changed. Instead of being maryourqueen.diocesanweb.org, it is now maryourqueen.com. This means that your login page now has a new link. 
Here is that link: https://maryourqueen.com/peachtree

Other than that, you may continue logging in and editing the same way you have been in the time leading up to your launch. 

How to Contact Diocesan

We here at Diocesan know that keeping up a website can be difficult and that your staff may change. For this reason, we ask that you email webdepartment@diocesan.com or call 877-923-0777 with any concerns or issues you may have. 
By emailing our support email rather than emailing a single team member directly, there won’t be any fear of your email being lost or unseen by a team member that is on vacation or out sick. In fact, during regular business hours, there is always someone checking the webdepartment@diocesan.com email and ready to help. 

Support Costs

Now that you are launched your new website project has been closed and billed. The good news is that you are now a Diocesan customer and will receive $20 off of your hourly support rate! Now, any support or new development is only $50/hr instead of $70/hr. This discount will also be applied if you choose to update or redesign your website in the future. 
Any support fees incurred will be billed monthly, with an itemized list of each support call.
