My name is Daniel and I've been working on building the new Mary Our Queen website over the past few weeks.
Here is a link to the development site: http://maryourqueen.diocesanweb.com/. It is a work in progress, so there are parts that are not yet complete, particularly the responsive/mobile-friendly view and some content. Please feel free to look around and let us know if you have any questions or comments by replying to this email or giving us a call.
I do have one quick question for you. Would you like us to display the latest myParish App messages on the homepage, or just have a link for users to download the app?

2. The photo on the first page is hopefully a placeholder – needs to be changed. When do you want pics?
3. The other content I sent I do not see?
4. Also the drop down menu needs more tabs as mentioned before – do you have those or do I need to resend?

- Ok! This text was just copied from the bulletin, but it can be edited at any time before or after launch.
- Yes, this picture can also be changed. Feel free to send your preferred photo anytime.
- Veronica, our content strategist, is actually working on filling out your pages today, so it should be showing up soon. :) I've cc'd her on this message.
- Additional menu items will be showing up shortly as well. This is also something that after training, can be edited anytime from the WordPress Dashboard.
Is there a particular day/time (later this week, or next ) that would work well to schedule a training? This involves a phone call and screen sharing, generally taking 1-2 hours depending on familiarity level. During this time we'll walk through new and custom features to help you get familiarized with the new site and ready to maintain the content.

I was under the impression that you all were setting it up for minimal changes after training. This is what we are paying the big bucks for:)

Veronica is working on filling out the pages with the content you've supplied. I just touched base with her on the status of content migration, and she mentioned text documents would be helpful instead of scanned images. We'll do as much as we can in terms of filling out page content, but we assume you'll want to make edits in the future.
I wanted to go ahead and share the link before everything is complete in order to keep you up to date on the status of the project. This is just in case you notice any design/layout/structural issues you'd like addressing.
We'll let you know when all the content previously provided has been added to the pages and menus. If you have any additional documents or photos send them our way anytime.
