 Good Afternoon Jeanne,

My name is Samuel Lanning, I will be the designer working with you on your website project. I will be your first contact during the progress and we will focus on how the site will look! Once the design is approved it will then move onto development where the vision becomes internet ready!

Good Afternoon! 

I wanted to reach out a tell you I am very close to finishing the first proof of the homepage for your website! At this time I would love to schedule a time to call you so I can show you the proof an explain reasons behind the design and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have right away. 

If I have made a design you are happy with I can then move onto designing out some of the inner pages and get us closer to the next step in the process (moving on to building the site in Wordpress). 

If there is a time tomorrow morning that works well for you that would be great! I have an extended lunch tomorrow for an appointment and will be out of the office from 1:30 - 2:30/3:00pm. 

Let me know a time that would work for you! I will be free the rest of the week 9:00 am - 5:00 pm!
