Website Proposal
Good morning Carrie,
Thank you very much for your patience as we finalized the proposal for your new website. I have attached a copy to this email for you to review.
During our Deep Dive conversation, you liked the idea of the website for St Mary/Aggie Catholic (https://www.aggiecatholic.org/). You mentioned that the website seemed to have too many buttons, and the image at the top was taking up too much space. These changes while also adding your branding, color scheme, and your content will provide a website that showcases St. Mary Magdalene parish.
I have broken down the proposal into the stages we go through to create your new website. Each stage has the time frame we anticipate is needed to complete. At the bottom of the proposal is the hosting section. This will be your annual cost going forward. I have included the cost of hosting your domain (https://www.smmcatholic.org/) as well as the website. At any time you are able to move these to another host if you wish.

Yes, we received your proposal and decided that it was not in our budget to revamp the site, nor will it be this year.
We appreciate your work, but at this time, we cannot move forward with you on the website.
