First, I wanted to thank you for taking the time to speak with me yesterday. I was able to learn a lot about your parish and I was able to gather some really great information that will help us create a great website for you.
The next conversation is our Deep Dive conversation. During the Deep Dive conversation, you will be speaking with myself, our project manager, and a designer. We will utilize Zoom for this conversation so we can share with you some design aesthetics and features. Your feedback will help us determine the best route to achieve your goals. We got some great information from our meeting last week and are still awaiting the list of websites that you had mentioned you, Veronica, and Brett would send to us. WE were hoping to review them and pick and choose which things we liked and wanted to use for our website.

I have attached a mock-up of the items we think we’d like on the landing page of the website. I hope that it kind of makes it clear the type of look we are going for. We would like a similar color scheme to what we have now, incorporating the burgundy and tan/gold, but because of the solid color buttons we’d like, we probably need to add to our color palate.
Please let me know if this is enough for you to move forward with your quote/proposal. Thanks!
