Good morning Jenna and Bill,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us yesterday. I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.
During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined that the Ave Maria Hybrid will be the foundation for your new church and school websites. After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases St Mary Church and School.
I spoke to my sales team regarding our conversations and shared our proposal with them. They told me if the parish signs a new 6 year bulletin agreement, there would be a 100% credit applied to the project. I have also included this note in the proposal. The only cost going forward is the hosting of the websites, and if you would like us to host the domain name. I have also included the hosting information in the proposal.

This afternoon I will be working to get your project into our queue. Within the next few weeks, a designer will be reaching out to begin the process. In the meantime, I am also letting my sales team know that your signed proposal has come back and they will reach out to go over the bulletin contract.
