As part of our re-branding, we have selected to modify our name (in advertising only) to "St. Mary's". We will include our contact info and address so they'll know which one we are, but we'll begin to refrain from "of Kickapoo" in upcoming digital and print communications.

Thank you for your patience as I looked into your questions.

Regarding the logo edit.  If you send us an editable vector file, we can make the change to St Mary's School.  This would be no cost if the only application applied was the website.  However, if you need us to edit the logo for any other application(s) we would need to know all application(s) to create a proposal.

After speaking with Arthur, your website is coming along very nicely.  In the next couple of weeks, the website will be ready to begin the content portion of the process.  At that point, Ryan will be reaching out to you.

St. Mary's Logo update -
Our suggestion for now is to use our name "St. Mary's School" with our new slogan "Learn - Grow - Serve",.

Can we add the new logo when completed?

Can you share the colors that are being considered for the site? While our school colors are Blue (navy/royal) and Gold, what are your team's thoughts on 'welcoming/inviting' colors as opposed to 'harsh' ?
{note - I'm a math person getting artistic, psychology guidance :-) }

Hello Bill,

I am available tomorrow for a phone call, anytime between 11-2 Est, to review the progress below in more detail.

  • As mentioned during our deep dive, the Ave Maria Hybrid was up and coming. The last bug fixes are being completed this week and your website is up to date with the latest code.
  • Danae will be reaching out to you to confirm the colors, font, and logo since you mentioned that you would be rebranding.
  • Your site will then enter the Content Queue. There are two projects in line before you and each takes 1 to 3 weeks to migrate content. Since you are a church and school, you can expect the migration process to take 3-6 weeks for both church and school.
  • We will then schedule your 1st Training and a Question and Answer Training after that. 
  • Lastly, we will schedule your launch.
