During our Deep Dive conversation, the determination was that the site for Columbia Grammar School would be the foundation for the parish and school. Based on the feedback we received, your content, and branding will ensure that the websites will have a unified look as well as being unique to St Mary Immaculate.

Attached you will see the proposal for your new websites. The proposal is broken down into the steps we will take to create the new websites and each step has the amount of time necessary to complete. My sales team also wanted to include a customer discount of 50% off the price. You will see this discount listed as a line item.

Thanks for reaching out again. We've discussed this, but with the cost of the migration and even more especially with the financial realities during the pandemic and lock downs, etc., there's just no way we can move forward with this. Thank you anyway.

One quick adjustment we found would be related to the content migration. On the proposal, we factored our content team migrating your content to the new website. If you and your team moved the content, that would bring that phase from 42 - 50 hours down to 8 hours.
Proposal migration - 42-50 hours = $2940 - 3500
If you did the migration - 8 hours = $560
Savings - $2380 - 2940
