Good afternoon Barbara and Judy,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us yesterday. We were able to learn a lot about what you are wanting for your new website, and that allowed us to finalize your proposal quickly.
During the Deep Dive, it was decided that the website for St Monica in GA would serve as the foundation for your new website. Some of the updates we will be doing are:

During the Deep Dive, it was decided that the website for St Monica in GA would serve as the foundation for your new website. Some of the updates we will be doing are:
- Polylang for English and Spanish versions of your website
- Prayer Wall
- The blocks for "Where do I fit?" Similar to St Paul in Valparaiso
- Emergency Message
These updates along with your new logo and when we migrate your content will give your website a unique feel that showcases the cathedral.
I have attached a copy of the proposal for you to review. The proposal is broken down into the stages we go through to create your new website. Each stage includes the amount of time we determined it would take to complete. I have also included the creation of a new logo in the design stage.

Thank you for your proposal. Unfortunately with the pandemic, this is unattainable. We will have to pass at this time.

Hi Judy,
Thank you for getting back to me regarding the proposal.
I understand with the pandemic going on, there is a lot of uncertainty. As I was going back through the proposal, I had a couple of ideas.
We could have a Phase 2 where we would create the logo, and that would remove $1750-2100 from the initial project. Secondly, we could work out a split payment for the project, such as half at the time of launch and the other half a couple of months later.
