Hi Barbara and Judy,

Thank you for reviewing the branding package. I've made those changes to the Spanish logo and the address.

For the Spanish logo, I put "Catedral de" in Monserrat and "Santa Maria" in Cinzel Decorative. Overall, I think it makes it more balance but please let me know what you think.

Also, for some reason your address on Google included those numbers after your street address and I wasn't sure if that was your formal address. However, I did delete those numbers.

If you could review the changes and let me know if you have any other changes, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, I will send another approval.

Hi Barbara and Judy,

In order for you to add names and the correct information for that specific person, you'll have to create a Canva account. The basic Canva account is free to use and easy to use.

If you choose, Canva also provides the pro version for free to non profits. All you have to do is provide tax documents showing that St. Mary's is a non profit. There is a step by step guide on their website.

Since you have the full branding package, we can certainly send over a package of the Spanish letterhead, business card, and email signature templates. Danae has begun working on this and will have something for you to see soon. 

Please note that, from experience, we have chosen to NOT put the address in Spanish since the Post Office requests that addresses be written in English for mailing purposes.

Love the new changes. We did have one question about the Spanish logo. If you look at the English one: Cathedral is a little down with a bowl of the line. There is no empty room.



We were wondering if the Spanish logo of Santa Maria could fit closer to the bowl of the line?

Danae,

I'm in Canva and trying to update our business card with Name and phone number. First, can we just have the default phone numbers already be listed in the template? I think that would be much easier. Second, when I type in our phone number, it creates a second line of text. Third, we use extensions, so I need to move the phone number and fax number farther apart so the text doesn't run into each other. I don't want to lose the integrity of the template, so I'm wondering if you have recommendations for where these should be placed. so they are balanced on the card. Can you help me with this? Thanks.

It's great to hear from you! I hope you are doing well.

1. I'm not sure what you mean by default numbers. I put in the phone number listed on Google. Could you please explain?

2. You will need to copy the template every time you create a new business card. This way you'll keep the integrity of the business card.

3. I updated the template to show more space between the edge and the phone numbers. And you'll have to just adjust the space so it doesn't go onto two lines.

Thank you Danae. The original phone number was different. I believe 303 or 330 area code.

I do have another question - In the style guide there are pictures of the facebook profile, email signature, etc. But there is no guidance as to the dimensions of the logo or size of the font used. Can you tell me? I really want to make sure everyone is doing the same thing. Or am I supposed to be able to download this from somewhere?

Also, if we wanted to add a cell phone to the business card - what icon could I use? Thanks.

Hi Judy-

Yes you can just upload the jpg or png to Facebook and it will automatically resize to fit.

You will need to setup the email signature yourself. Here are the sizes and fonts:
First line is Cinzel 10 pt
Second Line is Montserrat 9 pt
3-5 line is Monserrat 8 pt

I think you'll have to choose between fax and cell phone. There isn't a lot of room on a business card. So maybe choose what you want more.
