Hello Debbie,

I wanted to let you know that your website is next up on our developer's plate. This means that he will begin working on your website next week. After they have been working on your website for about 2-3 weeks, we will be sending you a link to the development site so that you can see our progress.

Until then, I wanted to clarify some questions about the content migration of your website. In our consultation notes, it says that you would like us to move all of the content. Below, I have both your current sitemap/organization and our proposed sitemap. Feel free to edit the proposed sitemap as needed.

I know this is Holy Week and things can be pretty hectic, in addition to days off, so no worries.

I did want to let you know that a developer will begin working on your website next week. 2-3 weeks after that, we will have the content into your website and be ready to present it to you. We do already have the WIX login information, so thank you! As for the domain, Network Solutions should have a user ID and password that you would use to log into the domain. If you can provide us with this information, we will be able to launch your website much quicker.

Yes, it most definitely helps! Better that we figure it out now than when we're ready to launch and it's crunch time. Thank you for sending that, Debbie.

On another note, have you had the chance to go over the suggested sitemap? Our developer has started working on your website, so it should be ready for us to migrate your content in the next week or so.

The proposed sitemap is just everything on your current site, but some items may have been rearranged for consistency's sake. It is also editable, so you can make the changes you need directly.

Ok, so yes, I've made some comments and we have discussed a few issues. Besides that I think we're good to go. I am still working on cleaning up some of the pages. Trying not to add much but taking things out that are no longer current or applicable. Also, when we spoke originally with Danae we identified some things to pull out so I assume those things were relayed to the developers or whoever is responsible for that.

Let me know what if there any other concerns.

Do you know whom I should get in contact with about getting an RSS feed for the On Our Hearts podcast? I wasn't sure how to get in touch with Debbie Ridder or Leslie Henderson. If you're more comfortable reaching out to them, then here are the instructions for them to follow to find their RSS feed. It should be a link that looks something like this: https://anchor.fm/s/123456/podcast/rss

Also, don't forget to set up a YouTube playlist for the Whine with Fr. Doug videos and move the past videos into this playlist. That way, as we build the website, we can test it with your actual videos.
