Launch Date Set & Post-Training Details
Hello you two,
Just a couple of things I wanted to share with you:
Launch Date: July 1
I just wanted to let you know that we have scheduled your launch date for Monday, July 1, 2019. Once we have confirmation from Spencer at SJP Network, we will coordinate with him to launch the new website between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.
During this time, you should not log into the website, since we will be updating links, changing hosting servers, and updating plugins. Once we have completed the launch process, we will send you a message with post-launch information, such as:
- New login page
- Why you may not be seeing your new site
- Who to contact for support & support costs
- Previous hosting & how/when to cancel

How to Inspect for Mobile Responsiveness
- Open saintmary.diocesanweb.org in Google Chrome
- Hover over an area of the website and right click.
- Click Inspect (Ctrl + Shift + I).
- Select the Toggle Device Toolbar (Ctrol + Shift + M).
- Above the website, a toolbar will appear in which you can hover and select the screen size you wish to preview.

Hello Debbie and Tony,
I had a note that I was reminded of today going through your site and doing some testing. On the Youth Ministry Page Linked Here there is a button "Sign up for Flocknote" just above the Instagram feed that goes to the link that was on the old site, but when clicking the link it says that it cannot find that page.
I am letting you know now that you have control and can change that link to the correct one or possibly even just remove the button depending on if the link can be changed or not.

Spencer has pointed your domain to your new website, so we are working on getting the security certificate up and links replaced.
You will receive an email once the launch is complete with more information on login, statistics, and more.

Hi Veronica,
I realize it is late and you probably won't get this until tomorrow but I anticipate a busy day tomorrow so I wanted to touch base. The propagation seemed to happen within a couple of hours as you suspected. I did not receive any information back re: new login etc.. So, I'll be waiting for that as I already see things I need to adjust. \
By the way, Google maps at bottom of home page is still blank.

Sorry about not sending that message out yesterday! I've already got it typed up, so you should see it come through shortly.
Also, our developers are aware of the Google Maps API key needing to be updated, so that will be completed this morning.
