School Website Proposal
Good morning Carol and Fr David,
Thank you for your patience as I worked to finalize the proposal for the school website.
During our Deep Dive, it was determined that the new website would be inspired by our St Anastasia design. We will be drawing inspiration from this design to give you a unique website that showcases St Mary's School.
The attached proposal breaks down the project into each phase. Each phase has an estimated number of hours we feel it will take to complete. I also just spoke with Brian Bastic. He mentioned after speaking with Father, there will be a new bulletin contract. Part of this contract will be to cover the school website project. I have included this note in the proposal.
I know Father is going to be leaving today, so I wanted to make sure this proposal got to him to review. Let me know if you have any questions.

I spoke with Fr. Dave today, and he mentioned the parish is wanting to move forward with a new website.
Since the school has a design chosen, I was wanting to have everyone meet and go over the design to make sure it works for the parish. Having cohesiveness is important for both websites.

I apologize for missing the 1:30 meeting! I had a funeral come up and got invited to a luncheon off campus that I wasn’t expecting and then lost track of time. I hope that we can find a time to reschedule. I am available next week Wednesday from 11:30-5 and Thursday from 10-11 and 2-5. Let me know if these times work for everyone else. Thank you!

I wanted to go over the game plan for this afternoon's meeting.
The meeting this afternoon is to quickly run through the Anastasia site that Carol chose for the school website inspiration. If Father is on board with that design to keep a cohesive design between school and church, then the rest of the meeting would be deciding what church information would be included. Carol, you wouldn't need to stay the whole time if Father likes the design.
