Good afternoon Carol and Fr Gross,
Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize the proposal for both a school and church website.
During our last conversation, Carol mentioned that St Paul the Apostle was a design you were definitely interested in. We will use the St Paul the Apostle website as an inspiration for your new websites. After we create the new design for you, add your branding, fonts, colors, and content, you will have a unique website that showcases St Mary Church and School.
The attached proposal shows the phases we will use to create your new websites. Each phase indicates how much time we estimate it will take to complete. These phases give us the final cost for the creation of your church and school websites. My sales team told me they would provide a website credit that covers the church and school websites with a new 6 year bulletin agreement. I have included this website credit information in the proposal.
