I was actually getting ready to send over the proposal to you.
There are two versions of the proposal that we discussed. One version reflects Diocesan bringing over all of your content. The second version reflects you bringing all of your content over. On the proposals I have stated "Diocesan handles content" and "Client Handles Content."
In regards to your current bulletin contract. Last year an agreement was signed for 6 years. If the parish signs a 6 year contract now, it would add 1 additional year. In essence, signing a new 6 year deal now will add 1 year.
