If you do a hard refresh on the homepage (instructions here), you should see the church video. The video you had in the google drive was 223MB, which is to say that it is incredibly large, especially for a 25-second video, so I did some compressing on it to get it to 7MB, I also did this for the 240MB Gift Shop video which is on this page https://lucy.diocesanweb.org/test-video-page. I would recommend uploading these to a YouTube channel and we can pull it from there, since it won't take up as much room on the server and because usually, it is easier and more familiar for people to use, but we can embed the youtube link on the site with ease.
The Homepage Video will need to be an actual video that we host on the server though, so if you do end up getting that program or getting the video without a watermark, then just send it to us and we can replace the current one.

"Very cool. I’ll look at ordering that program today. I knew that video file was going to be gigantic, especially for a webpage. I can look into compressing it in the program before exporting to see if that helps. Just wanted to make sure they had enough “quality” to work with. If you get a chance, can you ask them what they prefer video size/quality to be for something like this to run smoothly?"

Thank you for that information. It looks like, at least initially, that we have access to change the domain information, so that will be relatively quick to do and launch the site. I will run the information by a developer and make sure that is all we need, otherwise, we will contact Jackie.
As for the video quality and dimensions, the video should be 1920px Wide x 1080px tall, it will shrink based on the device screen size. The file size is a little trickier, the smaller the better, for page loading optimization, but this one I was able to compress to ~8MB, which works without issue, so anywhere around that should be good. I would say a max of 12MB or so.

I have replaced the video on the homepage. You may have to clear your cache to see the new video. I have also made a page that is a draft right now that is title St. Lucy Holy Shop with the new video on it. I have removed the other videos to remove confusion.
