Good afternoon Jeanette,
As a part of your website package, you requested that Diocesan set up G Suite emails for you.
To begin this, there are a couple of things that we need before creating your new G Suite:
- Domain login access OR contact information for your domain manager.
- Login Page
- Username
- Password
- St. Lucy's Tax EIN - FEDERAL ONLY
- St. Lucy's 501(c)(3) Group Exemption Letter - FEDERAL ONLY
- List of accounts to be moved/created

Great question. We will set up the user accounts and the users will have to sign in within 48 hours of us creating their emails to change their password because it will send an email to their secondary/current email to have them do that. If they try it after the 48 hours, they will have to contact us and we will reset their passwords and try it again. There may be a slight hiccup in the mail system there, but it usually passes pretty quickly.

Good Morning Jeanette,
As I was looking over the user account sheet that you filled out a while ago, it occurred to me that the alternate emails for the users were not filled out. I don't know if the people at the parish currently have emails that you could input into the sheet, but it would make it go more smoothly. Otherwise, I can send them through you and you can pass it onto them, but that might get a little messy with 9 user accounts being made. If you would like to add the alternate email addresses to this sheet by clicking here, you can do that.
I also fixed a few of the new email addresses to be made because they had an 's' after "@stlucy", which would make it an entirely different email address.
