I hope you have been doing well since you last spoke with Alan.
My name is Cody Armock and my role here in Diocesan's web department is as a content specialist. This means, that in addition to going over what areas of your current website are staying or going, I also help you find the most effective way to layout your website. I will be helping you in this process from now until the training before the launch of the site.
This not only helps us build you a website that is easier to edit and manage but also allows anyone visiting your website to accurately and consistently find the information for which they are looking.
Below is a link to a live Google document of your current sitemap that you are able to edit directly. Please go through this sitemap and make the appropriate edits to display what pages you'd like Diocesan to migrate, as well as removing the items that you do NOT want Diocesan to move.

I know that you wanted Quotes at the top of the page and I know that some of your pages have them now, but if you wanted to make notes of that on the sitemap that would be good to know now too. Anything that is on the old site will be migrated over if the item is listed in the current sitemap, but you can add any new content or new images to the Google Drive Folder here.

You can put upload those pictures and items for the site into the Google Drive Folder. That way when we are going through the site and moving content, we can all those items for it in one place. The link to the Google Drive Folder can be found here.

Hi Jeanette,
Cody is out of the office today, but you are able to use Envira Gallery as your photo gallery builder. This way, you can create multiple albums and even put those albums into a Gallery!
Images go into Galleries and Galleries go into Albums.
(Think 2020 album with Christmas, Easter, Lent galleries with each gallery having photos. )
If you recall, Cody went over how to use Envira Gallery during the second training session. If you need a quick refresher, we have several support articles that lay out how to create an Envira Gallery, Envira Album and how to add the album to a Photo Gallery page here:

Once you have built an Envira Gallery, you must add it to a page for visitors to view.

- If you have not already, create a new page.
- Next, add the block for Envira Gallery (or, if displaying an album, select Envira Album).
- Select the Gallery you would like to display
- Update/Publish the page to save your changes.
