We have a question about the contract. We would like to put in an addendum that reads: Not to exceed $200.00 Total due (one-time cost).
So, if our amount of one-time cost due is $200 plus $300 Annual Web Hoasting = $500 out of pocket for the parish.
Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.

I talked with Gary about your request. Essentially we based the quote on the needs for your site that we discussed in our meetings. Looking at the contract for the bulletin it reads:

Church to receive $5,000 web allowance to cover design and build of new parish website.
Part of what put the quote at the high end of $5950 was logo creation. That additional piece is budgeted at 5-6 hours ($350-420). We could remove that piece of the proposal, which would drop the quoted price. If you would like we could also lower the Content Development time if the parish is willing to move some of the content from the old website to the new one versus Diocesan staff moving all of it.

It was just easier for me to do it this way and I was reviewing the old website. I have lots to do with the last page, it's from the old outline but I want to do justice to every organization.
