Little Flower School - Hollywood, FL

Weekly Update

Good morning Rose,

Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $1960 (28 hours x $70hr) for website creation.

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 8 hours budgeted/5.4 hours used
  • Build: 14 hours budgeted/0 hours used
  • Content Migration: 6 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $378.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out at any time.

Thank you!

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the update. I spoke with Danae yesterday & saw the preliminary design/layout/colors, but I need to share it with the Parish Admin & School Principal before approving it. Can you see if I can get it today?
Also, when can we start with the new emails? Thanks for all of your help!

Thank you, I'll be sure to have our list ready.

In regards to the approval for the web page design, I still have not received anything to show to our Parish Administrator & School Principal. I realize that I was on the call to see the proposed layout/colors etc, but I still need to show it to those who make the final decision. We have lost days in the process, because we'd be ready to approve moving forward, but are still waiting.

Thanks.
