Launch Update

The developer has gone through and made all of the necessary updates to launch. 
Could you please take a second to take a look at the homepage and make sure the myParish App section is how you expected it?

Additionally, do you have a specific date in mind for launch? If so, let me know so I can schedule it on our calendar.

Hi Danita,


Here are the items that we went over today with some more information, as well as launch information.

Bulletins Display - LPI Embed

Click on the link above. On the left side, the last question will be "Can I get my bulletins to display on my church's own website?" Click on the question and it will drag you down on the page to the step-by-step instructions on how to set up the code to display your bulletins.
Once you have this code, please send it back to me and I will add it to the site!

Bulletins Display - More Prominent
I have added an icon to the site header so people can get to the bulletin right away. Right now, we have a temporary page with a link on it. Once we have the code to display the bulletins, I will update it.
Additionally, I have made a to-do for the developer to fix the Online Donation button next to the icons.

myParish App
We will be adding the myParish information page to your website so that when someone clicks "More Information" within the App section of the homepage, it will go to the information page.
I will update you when this is completed.

Staff Members Page
I have done several things to fix your Staff Members page:
  1. Remove 2 column above accordions
    This information was left over from a previous version of the page. I have removed it, but can put it back if needed.
  2. Made header image available for accordion pages
    Header image (displays behind page title) is editable by changing the Page Header/Header Image. This was something we forgot to add to the accordion template, but have updated it since. 
  3. Added accordion PAGES to the menu. 
    When you hover over Staff Members in the menu, you can access the individual staff lists. OR if someone goes straight to the Staff Members, they can see everything via accordion. 
Launch Date
I have added your preferred launch date as Thursday, May 23, and Friday, if we unable to launch on Thursday for any reason.
In the meantime, I will send Fred Kelly a message to make sure he has access to the domain. This will ensure a smooth launch when the time comes.
