I am Samuel Lanning, I will be the designer starting this project out! I wanted to introduce you to basecamp as well as set up a time to talk about the design of the site and review the notes that Kevin has given me. We will be off Wednesday but back in the office on Thursday. Let me know a good time and we can discuss the project!

Dear Sam,
Thank you for working with the parishes of St. Patrick’s and St. Thomas Aquinas, Binghamton. We are looking forward to a great website and the process to develop it. You will note I have copied Joe Ryan on this email as he is working with me on this project until he starts Seminary in mid-August.
Kevin may have shared that we are targeting September for completion. We are happy to know what we can do to keep matters on track.
Since our ‘interview’ meeting with Kevin we have been working on developing a draft of the narrative script. I have attached the simple outline that we submitted with Kevin and have been working from in developing the draft of the narrative script thus far. We would appreciate hearing your thoughts on what we have so we may continue in a good direction.
Thursday later afternoon, 3 or so will work best.

Awesome! Lets plan on 3:30 this Thursday. Since we have a bit of a shorter timeline for this I will throw a quick wire frame together and logo ideas for you to look at Thursday, This will not include colors or content it will simply be a structure based on the pages you gave me! I look forward to hearing your ideas and sharing some of my own!
