Hello All,
Thank you for coming to the training. I have added Maggie to the Basecamp project and have added a note to remove Neil from the project tomorrow, since he is leaving on Sunday.

Hi Cody,
Thank you again for taking the time to meet with us and so thoroughly walk us through the beautiful new site wireframe. I apologize we got disconnected at the end there, but I look forward to touching base again at 10am on July 2nd!

Hello Everyone,
I was looking into the calendar and was curious to what type of calendar you are using on the current site and if it was a Google Calendar or able to be imported into a Google Calendar so it would integrate into the website better.
Thank you,
Cody Armock

Hi Cody,
I’ve been informed that we use Calendar Wiz for our calendar. St. Lawrence also uses this application as a facilities scheduler simultaneously, so I’m not sure migrating to Google Calendar would be the best solution for our parish right now.
Are you able to implement Calendar Wiz on our Wordpress site?
Additionally, we are currently using a plugin called VidLive to stream our live-streamed masses on our home page. Is this compatible with Wordpress in addition to weebly? If not, is there an alternative that can provide the same result? This may be something we should dialogue about with our next zoom call, but I wanted to plant the seeds at least.
Thank you!

Hello Maggie,
Yeah, it might be something to bring up more at the next training, but there should be a way that we can add the Calendar Wiz onto the WordPress site, whether it be through the Google Calendar (if brought imported to Google Calendar from a link from CalendarWiz then it will update several times a day), so I don't know if that would be an issue. However, if that doesn't work then we could just as easily, if not more so, just bring it in as a iFrame to the Website.
As for the livestream, I am not familiar with VidLive, so does that just upload from somewhere else where you stream it such as Facebook or YouTube or does it act as that streaming platform. If it is the latter, then I would have to do some research into that, but if it is the former (Facebook or YouTube) then we can bring those over relatively easily.
Let me know and I can get started on that.
Have a great weekend,
Cody Armock
