Here is the update on the items from today's meeting:
The developer has added more padding to table cells. Turns out I was one element off during the meeting. I was changing the styling on the table rows instead of the table cells. Anyway, it is fixed.
The myParish App messages show again on the News page.
The developer has fixed it to where you can change the calendar link on the News page from the Theme Settings in the Calendar Tab. You don't have to worry about the shortcode bit. That just makes it easier for us for support.
The Video gallery has been added and there is a test page with instructions here. It is a private page so you need to be logged into the site to see it.
The Parish Author role has been made and Philip was sent his account.
BONUS: The developer has been updating the video option on the homepage to better utilize the youtube feature there. He has made a test page for it here that you can check out and play with at your leisure. Most of it still functions the same way, but if you have any questions on possible functionality requested, let us know and we will see what we can do with it. Sometimes YouTube videos can be difficult to configure to have them do what you want, but we will do our best.

The website will send it from Professor.diocesanweb.org, but it depends on what the From Email is for the notification. Most are set to no-reply@stlawrence.org.
I hope that helps! The problem might be the Professor.diocesanweb.org part.

I had a hypothetical question I wanted to run by you... And forgive me for my newness/lack of experience working directly with Diocesan from the ground-up.
Would it be possible for Diocesan to do a similar website build for our Parish school based on an existing design? We are currently working with a third party, but are encountering a few roadblocks. If this is possible what would a) the cost be and b) the timeline be? We have an approved design and site map, but that is about as much progress as we're at.

I have added the VidLive Plugin, but it requires an API Key to function properly. It says that you can get the API Key by going to Account -> Profile Page. Once we have that, then we should be able to implement the VidLive widget into the website.

Diocesan can add a plugin that allows for the functionality of Google Analytics to capture data on your website but requires that you already have an account.

I pray this finds you well. The new St. Lawrence School site is a hit! Everything is going well with a few minor issues:
We are having issues with notifications from our contact form again. I have everything set up the way we reviewed in the past, and before site publishing the form tests were recieved promptly by both myself and the school registrar. However, now after publishing, the notification emails are scattering.
Additionally, a formatting issue I'm not sure I can fix on my own: the confirmation phrase once submitting the contact us form on the home page is white text on white background. Can we change that text to navy or black?

I have fixed the confirmation color for the homepage. I am not sure what happened there, but it has been changed to the gray color.
As for the notifications and the email bit, you have to set up a filter to whitelist the email "no-reply@stlawrencecatholicschool.org" because it may be going to spam. Instructions under "Adding Addresses to your Whitelist" here.

I am glad that things have worked. You may need to do a hard refresh for the colored confirmation to take effect, but most users should be okay without doing that.
