Hi Cody,
On a separate matter, our finance department intercepted a bill for SEO for our Parish site, stlawrence.org from a company called Web Envy. I did not initiate any kind of SEO from an external company. Before we dismiss it as phishing, I wanted to confirm that this was not something looped into our contract through Diocesan on our site that I wasn't aware of? That contract was drafted before my arrival, so I apologize for any redundancy.

Hello Maggie,
That is bill is not from us. It might be for your current site, but you would need to contact your current hosting provider about that. The login you provided was editing access to your current site, not your domain through Wild West Domains. The access you provided is the same as login credentials to the new Wordpress site, but we would not be able to launch the site with that login.
It should be a login through https://sso.secureserver.net/?plid=1387&prog_id=wildwestdomains&realm=idp&path=help%3Fpl_id%3D1387&app=www&page=help%3Fpl_id%3D1387
You can always contact Wild West Domains and see who the email is through possibly.

Hello Maggie,

From what I can see the site is hosted by (stored on the server of) Guardian Information Services (where I logged in today and saw the site editing options), but from the online resources I can see from the ICANN, the domain (stlawrencecatholicschool.org) is through Wild West Domains.
Maybe calling Wild West Domains back might yield some results and asking about the domain login.
I am not sure what else to do at this point, unless you know someone at the parish that was involved with the launching of it previously.

Just to make sure I can get this information to you in a timely manner.
Sorry to tack on a technical question, but I've found one more error in our "Calendar" page on the website. I'm using an embed code from google calendar and I've triple checked that everything is correct. It shows up correctly in the preview, but when I publish/update the page again, it loads blank. Any clarity on what could be causing this?

So after experimentation, I think it may be a browser-based error in my embed issue with the google calendar? I got the google calendar to embed correctly and show up in Microsoft EDGE and in the preview of the page build. But when I update the page and view in Chrome, I'm still getting a blank wall where the calendar should be. Any advice? 😅 Would it be possible to install a google calendar extension/plugin to our site to avoid this?

Tsai: The records should really be done that day. If it needs to be done a little bit later in the day that is fine, but any time before 9:30am and the current school site might go down.
Maggie: I added the calendar using the normal calendar plugin and have it displayed on that calendar page now. With so few events, you need to go to April to see them and since there are only events in April, you cannot scroll to subsequent months or back to March.
